There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

- Installations are beautiful, brand new and well curated. The room is very confortable and nicely decorated, with art photos and design objects. - It is located very close the Westlake Station, very easy to arrive from the airport, Amtrak or Greyhound buses, easy to reach main touristic attractions (you can get the monorail to the Space Needle and it is a 15 minute walking distance from the Waterfront) and nearby many nice shops and restaurants. - The staff i very friendly and attentive - The service was far beyond my expectations as I paid a really reasonable price.

Valet service was excellent. Manager Hasaam was very courteous and assisted in our situation with car park. We also liked the snacks available by the elevator which was unexpected.

Loved my stay at the Arctic Hotel. It was an easy location to get to, and the parking valet service was great. Loved the breakfast. And Jon at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, and really made my stay worthwhile :)

The location is the best. I stayed here to attend conference, and the convention center was 3 minutes of walk. It is also really close to pile place market and other restaurants.
