The staff are very friendly and respond to my queries promptly. Everyone is warm and accommodating—especially Ms. Gery, who booked our transportation from the hotel to Seattle Premium Outlets. Ms. Crystal is also a superb host. She was genuinely delighted to learn that we are Filipino travelers from Manila, and she even accompanied us to our room. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay. We love the hotel—it’s very clean, and the location is excellent. It’s very close to some of Seattle’s most famous tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city.

Great hotel with close proximity to downtown Seattle, so location-wise is the best. Had a small issue with the shower which was fixed quickly. Milton, our server for the breakfast was attentive and helpful. The breakfast is either buffet or you get to choose to order from a menu. The portions are huge! Would recommend this hotel!
