Everything is great. Attention to details. There are funny messages everywhere. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Eggs, salmon, pickles, Jams, teas, coffee and on top filtered water. You can refill your bottle over and over. Great location near the Metro. Decor is cheerful 😊 I can make a whole video about it.

Located in campus of Gallaudet University, the hotel is located in an area listed in the National Register of Historic Places, with architecture dating back to the early 1800’s and beautiful grounds.

The hotel was very nice and well located — there was a supermarket, a CVS, and a 7-Eleven just steps away, which is a big plus for travelers who might need to pick up snacks or essentials. In my case, I had a $30 breakfast credit, which was excellent. There were also nearby options, like a Starbucks just a few blocks away. I’m not sure if all guests get the breakfast credit, so I’d just mention that it was a perk in my booking. Either way, it added to a nice experience. The location was also convenient — you could walk to most of the main tourist spots without it being too far, and if you preferred to take an Uber, the rides were short and affordable.
