This was our first time staying at this hotel. The staff was amazing and it was such a friendly atmosphere! The staff continually went out of their way to ensure that the guests had a great stay!

Everyone working the front desk was incredible. My room was amazing and I love the stadium view.

Love how clean and modern the hotel. Staff super friendly and the location was excellent so close to restaurants and amenities. Navy yard waterfront is steps away and is so beautiful. Short Uber ride to capital hall where all the capital attractions are. Would stay at the Thompson hotel again when I return, and would recommend to everyone! Read a lot of reviews and decided on the Thompson as it was luxury for the right price without compromising any luxury!

Free breakfast- options were varied each day. Even if it was just a coffee and a pastry it saves money. Staff were friendly- all staff friendly and approachable and helpful throughout stay. Gym and pool facilities clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities is helpful when going away for extended vacation. Fully stocked kitchenette. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Excellent location just beside metro green line, next to many restaurants and bars and grocery store within 10 min walk.

The location was conveniently located near restaurants we had chosen in advance.

Good location, a short distance to the Capitol Hill and Library of Congress (25 minutes walk).
