The staff are great, they will help you with anything. Special thanks to our waiter Andrew who was very kind and helpful. Food and the scenery are magnificant. Also the organisation is at the top level. The booking process and paying was seamless. Hotel transfer from Hanoi and back, cruising and extra activities are pleasent and organised to the tiniest detail. Definitely recommend this cruise.

The hospitality level is very impressive. Every staff is polite, attentive and well-trained. Special mention for Eric Trinh who is meticulous and always showing concern about my wife's vegetarian meals. Tom, the GM, makes good effort to inform the guests about the activities and what to expect. He also shares information about the places that we visit.

Binh was a fantastic guide who made our trip memorable. The boat itself is clean, well equipped, with all inclusive facilities. The tours with Binh were really nice and allowed us to experience Ha Long bay to the fullest. The boat was probably the last to leave on the last day which means you get to see the entire bay on the way back without the other tourists boats. I cannot recommend this cruise enough!

We (four adults) enjoyed a fantastic three-day cruise with Majesty Prime in Ha Long Bay.
The scenery was absolutely magnificent, and the itinerary was packed with exciting activities from early morning onwards. We had plenty of opportunities to kayak, swim, cycle to local villages on the island, and even try fishing, among other experiences.
Of course, if you prefer a more relaxed pace, you can simply unwind on the main boat and take in the breathtaking views of the bay.
The crew was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and quick to assist with any request. The food was delicious, and the transfer from Hanoi to the cruise harbor was smooth and comfortable, provided in luxury vans.
We give our strongest recommendation!

The Cruiseship was a must. They follow the plan and pick you with a luxury bus. Then you get a boat transfer to the ship. They welcome you well and are avaiable to help often. The quality of the Room is outstanding and i believe this could be one of the best Cruise óptions to see halong bay. A special thanks to the staff ,Kim , Andrew and Jayson. I will Come back again but probably for the presidential suite.

This cruise over 2 night/3 days was the highlight of our honeymoon. The service and quality of the staff was incredible. Attentative and sensitive to our personal interaction needs was just amazing! The flowers and the cake just brialliant.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get everyone’s names that contributed to our fantastic experience but these are some.
Bui Trung Hieu who felt like our private butler! His attention to our needs and care was just brilliant.
Others include, Pham Huyen Trang, Lo van Dung and Tony from the Sun Deck!
in addition, was the MC whose name I only heard second hand as Mr J! A true leisure industry professional and his team reflects this! thank you!
The quality of the boat matches the service. The food is truly excellent.
All in the Cruise was worth every cent and rivals any of the top hotels I have been fortunate enough to stay in.
