The Lotte Experience is highly recommended for ending a holiday in Vietnam we had fantastic views and treatment from checking to checkout. We joined the club lounge experience which was outstanding in breakfast and dinner.

Located just outside old quarters - comfortable rooms and amenities with awesome bed. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous, especially Hannah, who helped with tour bookings, recommendations and all other queries. Accommodation was well priced and worth it.

Excellent apartments and a short drive to the city. We were in a two bedroom apartment which was big and had all amenities.
Very modern apartments and clean which we are very particular about.

Best place I stayed during my three weeks in Vietnam. The apartment has plenty of space, is comfortable, plenty of light, and having a fridge and washing machine in the apartment was very handy. The woman who cleaned the apartment was lovely. Neighbourhood isnt the most interesting but you still have supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in walking distance.
