Enormous penthouse apartment had plenty of room (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus huge living room with loads of seating) for my family of 8. The facilities were even nicer than we had anticipated - very roomy and luxurious-feeling. Fantastic wifi, rooftop deck, clean elevator...it was all good! The cleaners came every day, and supplied us with fresh towels and water bottles as well as cleaning up all our mess. And the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and excited to help, especially the young man who works the afternoon/evening shift. He went the extra mile more than once for us! Everything we asked for, they supplied. I would recommend this place to any large group coming to Hanoi!

Honestly their service is 100000/10! Everything was amazing, if you are used to going to luxurious hotels ( Ritz, FS…) the service here is the exact same if not better!
Im so so happy I stayed with them, room was beautiful clean! Food was great! But the service is by far the best advantage!

10+ evaluation especially thanks to Jan, the manager of the structure.
She was always available and quick to answer to any inquiries, very customer oriented, problem solving figure and high professionalism.
Even though some things didn't work 100% as supposed and even though it wasn't her fault or her hotel, she offered right away to solve it.
She has been an intermidiary for us in organizing some trips with high results and sattisfaction.
Beside this the room was nice, veey clean and quiet and had the biggest bed I have ever seen (really enormous).
