If you want to be in the center of everything and in walking distance of so many attractions, shopping, restaurants, bars, massage etc this is the place, Richard the owner is very helpful and easy to talk to he gave me a list of many places to visit and also a list of tours with prices etc. If I go back to HCMC, I'll prolly stay here again.

The owner of the homestay was an absolute Gem!! We were not meant to arrive until 9am but our bus absolutely sped through from Da Lat and we got in at 5:30am instead. I noticed the owner was online on what's app at that time so I decided to chance texting him and he graciously came and met us and let us straight into our room a whole 8 hours before check in. He was a lifesaver! He also then let us store our bags from checkout until 10pm too which allowed us to explore the city without huge backpacks. The room was perfect for one night and about a 1 minute walk from the big party street although you could not hear the noise from the room!

Overall excellent. Comfy bed. Good functioning AC. Good functioning bathroom. A MINI FRIDGE!!! Excellent location close to the party streets, but not so close that you're unable to sleep due to the noise. Also close to a 7-11 (which you can shop more heavily at thanks to the mini fridge). Also close to a good Banh Mi restaurant, a nice park, and several other cool spots. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here next time.
