New and modern. Looks like the pictures and feels like the luxury version of a hostel stay. Easy communication with very welcoming and helpful staff. Easy to meet people and strike up a conversation in the common area and at the evening meal. There are games available and an area where you can just relax. Outside it is a lively and happy street, especially in the evening, but inside I found that there was a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The beds were good and the bathroom clean.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The host was nice, the location is perfect! It is just behind a really busy street but you do not hear a thing! You can fill up your water and do your washing for free. It’s very convenient. The place does not look like the pictures (at least our room) but it was still perfect with everything we needed.

Totally hassle-free and great value for the location/size. 2BR flat was clean, cool, and massive. Walked to Ben Thanh, museums, and countless restaurants. Staff were efficient and friendly – their local knowledge saved us time. Tour desk was handy. Secure building. Highly recommended for groups.
