The staff were very friendly and helpful, always had a smile. There was an afternoon tea and snacks free to guests and very good with lots of choices. The hotel perfectly located as everything is within walking distance. A nice roof top dip pool with a bar. Paul the barman made some of the best cocktails, they were all superb.

Silverland Yen Hotel was a peaceful and stylish escape in the heart of the city. We loved the minimalist design and relaxing atmosphere, which made it feel like a true retreat from the busy streets of Saigon.
We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff didn’t make us wait. They quickly found a room for us and even invited us to enjoy complimentary snacks and coffee at the restaurant while we waited. On the day of departure, they kindly gave us a late checkout for free, just as we had requested.
The service throughout our stay was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. We also made use of the sauna every day, which added a relaxing touch to our visit.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great design, and top service in the city.
