Absolutely fantastic hotel, I can not recommend it enough. We stayed with our Irish and Vietnamese family, and the staff were incredible, so helpful, and understanding. The facilities were excellent, and my daughter loved the pool. It is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and the location is very central. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Beautiful hotel, very efficient and friendly staff, and good food = great value for money. We highly recommend to take the Club option, a beautiful salon where you can hang around drinking tea all day long and drinks after 5h30 pm. The Club team was the most professional and kind, especially the very knowledgeable Kevin.
The hotel is also in a great location, at walking distance of the main tourist sites (although frankly there is little of interest for tourists in Ho Chi Ming). Everything in the room is top quality. Great pressing service also.

Super friendly owners, price/quality excellent, good local neighborhood close to D1 and the airport with lots of restaurants and shops around. Spacious room, good bed, typical vietnamese bathroom (shower without curtains) but very clean.

Big, spacious, brand new rooms with a well equipped kitchenette. The lift was great for our tired legs at the end of each day! The apartment is right next to a petrol station with a mart that I think is almost 24hours open so very convenient for late night food cravings or supplies needed. Also perfect space to call a grab so it doesn’t wait on the side of the road. The helper was very sweet and although she didn’t understand any English, she made do perfectly well with good translate. She even did our laundry for us in a day.

Everything good, we upgrade the room to executive room with extra bed.
Beds were very comfortable, including the pillows.
Treadmill in the gym were professional technogyms with good aiconditioning. Poolwater could be a little bit warmer (31deg), but the bubble bath water was (33deg).
Housekeeping good, even washed the dishes and fold the shirt from my son. Definitely will save this residence and come back again.

it was possible to store my luggage after my checkout and take a shower later
i did some teeth cleaning there around in a clinic ... 600.000 VND (25% comopared to the cost at home)
6 bed are in the room ... the matress is about 1,2 meter wide with another 40 cm space next to it
1,4 km away from the Ben-Thanh-Markt where the best place is to change money in a gold shop there (on the western side outside of the market in the middle about - two shops opposite on a crossing there)
you can use the busmap app in Saigon ... download it for free ... on the map you see on a street map then also offline where the next bus station is ... so it is easy in combination with internet in the hostel with google maps to search for interesting places ... take a screenshot ... then leave the place and use busmap to save walking km ... when you are dropped out somewhere in the city ... open busmap ... search on map for the next station and see what buslines are there and where they bring you
for me that really worked ok to visit 3-5 km far away places in saigon for shopping ...
fares are from 5.000 VND to 10,000 VND
to the airport the next bus station is 200 meter away ... take Bus 05 or 06 or 14 there for about 4 stations ... walk another 240 meters and take the Bus 109 or 152 there ... for me it was 16.000 VND to the airport (for big luggage some conductor charge double the ticket price)
