The location was good, not too far from the centre. The apartment was very clean, the washing machine and dryer very handy after ten days of travelling. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. And last but not least the facilities which included a pool, a gym, table tennis, foosball, a pool table, gaming room and a play room for smaller kids were excellent! Thank you very much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always had a smile. There was an afternoon tea and snacks free to guests and very good with lots of choices. The hotel perfectly located as everything is within walking distance. A nice roof top dip pool with a bar. Paul the barman made some of the best cocktails, they were all superb.

We loved the minimalist design and relaxing atmosphere, which made it feel like a true retreat from the busy streets of Saigon. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff didn’t make us wait. They quickly found a room for us and even invited us to enjoy complimentary snacks and coffee at the restaurant while we waited. On the day of departure, they kindly gave us a late checkout for free, just as we had requested. The service throughout our stay was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. We also made use of the sauna every day, which added a relaxing touch to our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great design, and top service in the city.

It was so perfect there are no words. Every moment of my stay was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and friendly. Although I was in a difficult situation on the first day of my stay, I was touched by the many staff who helped me and were genuinely considerate. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, very well designed and the staff made us feel very welcome. Our room was great with a view of the water from the terrace.

The facilities were very nice and beautiful. The entire staff were extremely pleasant and always ready to help. Linda and Daniel were awesome. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality. Location was absolutely superb.
