This hotel is a gem and I am planning to comeback to Saigon just to stay longer in this hotel. First, let me start with the welcome drink. I do not know what was it! I can't explain it but the welcome drink was amazing. The staff was very helpful. The room was extremely clean. I almost forgot the breakfast. OMG. It was superb. Fresh sushi, croissants, eggs benedicts were so tasty. The passion fruit juice was just wahoo.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, I can not recommend it enough. We stayed with our Irish and Vietnamese family, and the staff were incredible, so helpful, and understanding. The facilities were excellent, and my daughter loved the pool. It is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and the location is very central. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Staff is one of the most cordial crew you can ever encounter in this world. The warm welcome with a drink is a nice touch. The rooftop pool with an exclusive bar will defo be in my mind for a long time, helping to chill in the middle of the town. Afternoon tea is such a great and surprisingly nice activity to add for guests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. I do recommend stay here.

Beautiful hotel, very efficient and friendly staff, and good food = great value for money. We highly recommend to take the Club option, a beautiful salon where you can hang around drinking tea all day long and drinks after 5h30 pm. The Club team was the most professional and kind, especially the very knowledgeable Kevin. The hotel is also in a great location, at walking distance of the main tourist sites (although frankly there is little of interest for tourists in Ho Chi Ming). Everything in the room is top quality. Great pressing service also.

Everything perfect, located centrally close to the opera house. The hotel is right inside the Grand Saigon mall, plenty of stores, restaurants, supermarket etc. Friendly and young helpful staff. Rooms are new, clean, soundproof and cozy. Beds very comfy. Breakfast super rich with many asian and western choices, excellent quality. Price/quality best for this hotel, suggested for everyone is looking for a central hotel, much better than other big hotels nearby.
