The family who own this villa could not have been more helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this villa enough and will stay here again for future visits. We had really beautiful, spacious room with extremely comfortable beds. There is a lovely pool to use for guests which is a welcome respite from the heat around Hoi An. I would really recommend staying in An Bang beach which is a little quieter than the hustle of Hoi An. We were able to rent a nice scooter from the owners and easily make our way back into Hoi An.

Everything from the facilities to the location and hosts were incredible. Amazingly friendly staff that can give you so much advice. I’d really recommend to anyone that is looking at visiting Hoi An to stay near An Bang Beach instead. Not as crazy busy with plenty to do in the area and only 10mins away from Hoi An. Oh and the owners have the cutest dogs in the world!!!

Rose is a great host, ready to help. The rooms are very confortable and luminous (with good curtains against the lights). Far away from the active street of An Bang it was perfect quiteness to chill for me!

We just love this place!❤️ Mostly due to the owner Linh and her husband and family, but also due to the location in A Bang Beach.
It’s perfect to stay a bit outside Hoi An and be able to spend time at the beach and then when you feel for it you can go to The Old Quarters of Hoi An. It’s a 10 minutes ride by 🚘 or 🏍️ to town.
In A Bang, near the hotel there’s a lot of restaurants to choose from. One of our favorites is Ken’s vegetarian restaurant! You have to try, even if you’re not Vegan! For lunch we went to Phuong Beach Restaurant and had delicious food. A recommendation is to have the Avocado Smoothie!
The beach is beautiful, although not for snorkeling, cause there are a lot of waves and most of the days quite windy, when we were there!
Now to the most important! Linh is the best person and the kindest hostess you can think of! She does everything to make you feel comfortable and we liked speaking to here about a lot of things.
She’s not just a hotel owner, she’s become a friend! ❤️

Tucked away in a peaceful, palm-lined lane just a short walk from the beach, this homestay is everything you hope for when you want an authentic, relaxing experience.
What made our stay even more special was Ms. Luna, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On a rainy afternoon, when we were feeling a little stuck, she surprised us with some freshly prepared snacks — warm, homemade, and incredibly thoughtful. It turned what could have been a gloomy day into one of our most memorable. It felt like being cared for by family.
The rooms are clean, cosy, and surrounded by lush greenery. The vibe is laid-back and genuine — perfect for travellers looking to escape the busy tourist areas and connect with nature and local hospitality.
We left feeling refreshed and so grateful for the kindness we received!

Cozy homestay in an excellent location, right next to the beach. City center is easily reachable with grab. Coffee places/ pools/ yoga is all available in a short walking distance. Staff is super friendly, coffee and water available for free.
