Staff were friendly and very welcoming. They helped us with booking tickets to Cham Island and Memories Land - great value. Very helpful with answering questions.
Room was nice and spacious, good shower facilties and toiletries.
Buffet breakfast was nice.

The staff was amazing and helped me with many things. It was a big plus that I could communicate with them through WhatsApp. I felt very safe in this hotel as a solo woman traveler. When I catched a flu, they gave me a late check-out and offered me a face mask, which also shows how much they care about their customers. The room was beautiful and very clean, and the pool area was great. Laundry service was fast and my clothes came back perfect. And breakfast had a good variety of dishes.

Beautiful room with a lovely balcony that you can actually use (not like in many other hotels, where you can’t really enjoy it). The staff was very friendly and professional, the owner is a real hotelier with a excellent sense of hospitality.

Very nice place with amazing rice field landscape. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The only minor thing is that it's a bit far from the center of Hoi An acient town, but if you are looking for a nice place to chill then I highly recommend it!
