Located in a peaceful neighborhood but at the same time near all attractions, Heart Lodge was a great place to stay at Hoi An. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped foot in this lovely homestay - Ven, Matt and all their family members always greeted us with a big smile and genuine interest in our travel plans. They also helped us to have our laundry done and fixed us an affordable transport to our next destination. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed to spend some time on our little balcony. Breakfast was also great, Venn fixed us a delicious and nutritious start for the day! Wishing all the best for our amazing hosts at Heart Lodge and a warm recommendation for their beautiful homestay in Hoi An!

The reception team was very professional and super friendly giving us very useful tips for enjoying the city at its most (food,shopping,shows). The location in a quiet neighborhood 3min walk from the center. The room was very clean, very comfortable bed and with a beautiful deco. The swimming pool is very nice. The price. An excellent breakfast buffet with a wide range of Vietnamese and western options. EXTREMELY helpful and kind staff who had to put up with quite a bit of rudeness from other guests. Everything was perfect, even better then expected! Such a beautiful hotel, actually this hotel had the most tasteful decoration we have seen during our 2 weeks holiday in Asia. The lobby, the restaurant, the pool area and of course also our room had an amazing stylish look. I was really impressed! We were welcomed by the staff, gorgeous people, I had a feeling it should be a family owned hotel. Our room was huge, beautiful, spotlesss clean had a balcony with flowers on it. It was quiet, the bed very comfy, we had a great sleep! There were provided 2 bottles of water, welcome tray and a minibar with reasonable prices. In the bathroom you will find all kind of toiletteries, everything you could need during your stay, even toothbrush, razor or small hair comb...etc WIFI worked 100% all time. You can have your breakfast in the restaurant or outside in the terrace just next to the beautiful flowering bougainvillea plants. All kind of hot meals, fruits and you can also order your fresh made omlett or fried eggs as you wish. The swimming pool is a little oasis, not so big but perfect for a refreshing swim or just to have a rest . Towels are provided. All around fresh green plants, trees, flowers, so pleasant. And there are enough sunbeds for the guests. It is not a huge hotel so it can not be overcrowded! You could order your cocktail or coffee (try the eggs coffee!) and the personal will bring it to you to have it at the poolside. Hoi An can get so crowded and this place is a gem to have a rest after visiting the city. Location is less then 10 minutes walk from the old center. I highly recommend to book this hotel, you can not go wrong, it is more then perfect! I was really sad that we spent only one night in this hotel, it has so much to offer even for a longer stay!

Very polite and attentive staff. We were greeted by Hilary when we arrived. She checked us in and gave us plenty of advise. She was exceedingly helpful The beds were really comfortable . Rooms immaculate . Great selection for breakfast, the Guest Advisor always came over for a chat and see how you were getting on. Pool area looked very nice but we never got to use it because weather was not too good.
