Hoi an Heart Lodge is such a cosy hotel, Mat, the owner was so nice and very helpful with anything that he could help us with, he set up trips for us, hired mopeds for us also and all at a great price. I can’t praise the work that is put in to the hotel enough. A great city to visit and an even greater hotel.

One of the most outstanding hostels I've ever been to 🫶🏻 First of all: the staff (above all Lita and Velvette ♥️) is absolutely lovely and helpful. Also very good to have a nice and deep conversation. In the end you don't even have to leave the hostel haha. The location is perfect, quiet corner of Hoi An, but within a short walking distance to the historic center. The breakfast was tasty and every day different. Everything just perfect. Hopefully I'm coming back and definitely gonna stay at Dom Hostel again.

Everything was perfect. Location - right next to old town. Free bicycles to explore the surrounding áreas. Breakfast full of options. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet and very clean. Staff very helpful and kind.

What a beautiful experience for us! We stayed in Ems house for two nights, we have a very nice and clean room. The hotel is very well equiped. What was unforgetable is the owner - she is very nice and kind person, always ready to help, always with smile and really warm welcome. This was the best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need – it was actually the only hotel I found that offered hair conditioner! The location is perfect; the Old Town, restaurants, cafes, and tailor shops are all within walking distance.
The real highlight is the staff. An and Helen are the heart of the place – incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to answer questions or offer recommendations. At check-in, you receive a brochure with all the essential information. The hotel also offers a free walking tour, which is a wonderful introduction to Hoi An and its history. Cindy was a fantastic guide, answering all questions with genuine enthusiasm.
Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

This had been the best stay iv had so far in Vietnam and it all because of how exceptionally friendly and caring the staff are. Gavy, Lilly and Hannah are so of the nicest people I have met in Vietnam. They are testimony to how well this hotel is run! The location and there was a lot of options of activities that you could do from the hostel which was nice, like the walking tour with Bao which was really interesting. Min explained a lot about Hoi An and gave me loads of fantastic recommendations and sorted lots of stuff for me and it made my time in Hoi An a lot more efficient
