The staff is super friendly, very responsive and they go the extra mile trying to help clients. I was sick and i was really taken care of, with ginger honey tea. Breakfast is very abundant and of good quality, the dishes are cooked on the spot. The room is very big (we had a superior) and very clean. If I'd come back to Hoi An, i already know where i will stay.

Good location outside of the busy town center and equidistant to the beach. We had a warm welcome by Eric and getting many recommendations helpful by him . The Breakfast has been the best since staying in Vietnam. My room very big and the bed comfortable. The pool is beautiful and a nice temperature. We had a restful and enjoyable stay and we would definetely return on a future visit. Best value for money in off season.

Everything. Check-in - Excellent. Inviting and efficient. Room - Excellent. Super comfortable, spacious, smelt wonderful. We also were given a free room upgrade. Loved our room. Housekeeping service the room every day and come back in the late afternoon to refill your water bottles, refresh your towels if needed, turn down the bed and close the curtains. Super comfortable beds. Facilities - beautiful surroundings that encourage a sense of relaxation. I especially enjoy the pool area and spa. There is also a gym with everything you need for a workout. Staff - 10/10. The staff are conscientious, friendly, helpful. They actually go out of their way to ensure your stay is what you want to make it. We extended our stay from 3 to 8 nights. Highly recommend choosing the Almanity. It is also a 5-10 minute walk into the old quarter. Close to amazing "Phi Banh Mi" and Vegetarian restaurant "Minh Kien". Literally a walk across the road and down a bustling back street 😀

Everything was perfect here room was nice. My friend lost he’s credit card will walking on the road. The owner of the hotel immediately got on he’s bike and started looking for it he also asked he’s family to help look for it. So overall he was so friendly such good service highly recommend it.

The family host are the best. Very nice and open people who will help you with everything! We could rent a motorbike and a cycle there. The room was very big and very clean. We even had a balcony. The host adviced us to go the hoi an show and it was the best show we have ever seen. The best thing was we, arrived at 5.30 a.m. in hoi an and it was raining very hard. We walked from the bus station to the homestay but ofcourse the door was closed. We decided to ring the bell to see if we could get in. The family woke up and was welcoming us so well. They also tried to make the room very fast available for us so we could rest. At 8 a.m. we could go in our room without any extra charge. First time we did a homestay and we loved it. We loved everything ! The location was amazing, Hein the host was the loveliest person ever! She made us feel so at home and took us on a street food tour while also giving us so many great recommendations for things to do and see ! Her lovely breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were so clean and spacious! If we ever come back to Hoi an again, we will 100% be staying here ! We love you and miss you Hein!❤️
