Natural earthy tones, wooden flooring , warm tones , curtains with block out linings. Great view of Lions Head and a peak of the ocean. The apartment has an interior decorator touch.

Exceptional experience! The hotel looks like a castle, with so much art in it, manager told me they are the biggest private art collectors in Africa. Location is outstanding, interrupted views over the ocean and the amazing Cape Town’s sunset. Staff is wonderful, very helpful and attentive. I had a special request for candles and rose petals in the room on our arrival, and they made it so perfect and special. Wine cellar is so out of the ordinary, they impersonated a wine opener. Bar and restaurant are very good, and breakfast is exceptional! I asked for late check out and they gave it for free until 3pm, and I was very impressed that they even cleaned the room, as if I was going to stay one more night. Probably second best hotel I’ve ever been to (and I travel a lot, to many different countries). I will come back for sure!

Wonderful combination of heritage and modern. Very good location on the doorstep to the promenade. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Generous spread of food and options for the breakfast that was included. Will definitely be back in the future

I've been fortunate enough to stay in many 5* hotels, but never have I experienced customer service on this level. The staff is so kind. Nothing is too much. Their attention to detail is beyond expectation and what makes the experience really unique is that their care for their is very personalised and seems genuine en sincere. The breakfast was amazing and their gym is also really good.

The name of the hotel is exactly what to expect: coming home. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, extremely clean and functional hotel, amazing breakfast with view over the sea, super safe area with plenty of restaurants nearby.
