Host was very friendly and helpful right after the booking. She followed up with our booking again 1 week before we came. Called her in the night for the heater and she promptly answered the call to assist us. It was a waste that we only stayed for a night.

I fell in love with this little hotel from the moment I arrived. The staff are so, so friendly. The room was smallish but didn't feel too tiny and the view over Cape Town from the balcony was stunning. The bed was very comfortable,with good quality sheets.

Style, atmosphere, very comfortable and spacious rooms, every day free bottled water in the room, good breakfast, amazing location - close to all attractions, easily accessible by Uber, and above all so friendly and helpful staff! People were really amazing! Especially, we are thrilled with Nuria from Travel desk who really is so pleasant and kind, assisted with booking restaurants, transport from and to airport, gave us tips and advices for tours and how to navigate some locations! As well as the guy at the reception the afternoon we arrived, on Friday 29th, not sure of the name but gave us all the info, was willing to meet our room change requirement, had great sales speech recommending room service menu etc etc
