My stay at Urban Elephant was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, and the views from the apartment were simply breathtaking, with a 360-degree panorama of Cape Town, the sea, and Table Mountain. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you could need, and the building's security made me feel very safe. The staff were all fantastic and accommodating. Firstly, it was located a few steps away from the tour/hop on buses and an excellent coffee shop. It cost about $5AUD by Uber down to V&A Waterfront. The views from the apartment were amazing. I'm not sure the pictures do it justice. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the building was super secure, with lovely friendly staff. Also, what a treat to have no loadshedding and hot water whenever we needed it. The owner even left washing liquid for the washing machine, and those thoughtful touches make all the difference.

Great location. Walking distance from a lot of nice restaurants, bars and cafes. Even the V&A Waterfront is just a nice little walk away. The rooms are very tastefully done up with each of a different colour and vibe.

The accommodation was fantastic it had everything that a visitor could need and more. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well - far better than I do at home!
The owner came to meet me upon arrival and provided all the necessary information for a superb stay. He was very kind and very helpful, logged me onto the wifi and showed me how everything worked. He even provided micity tickets, which you load with money for buses in Cape Town and explained how to use them. The owner had also provided cake and wine which was a welcome treat on arrival.☺️
The owner was extremely helpful and flexible about arrival and departure times; he was always available on whatsapp if needed.
