I stayed at the Silo for the first time in 2022 after having dinner there for a work event. I was there again for work in 2023, and finished the trip with my husband at the Silo to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. I notified the staff that it was our anniversary and they went far and beyond to ensure that we taken care of. The service is amazing. The details are exquisite. And the experience exceeds expectation. We will be back in 2024 😁

Luxury, very well-equipped apartment in a safe and quiet Waterfront location, just 5 minutes from restaurants and entertainment. It is exceptionally comfortable, fully furnished, and boasts a beautiful view of the marina. The residence provides excellent amenities, including a coffee shop (perfect for breakfast), a gym, and a swimming pool. The hosting was perfect. I highly recommend this stay.

The location, service , and room was excellent. Separate sleeping, bath, and sitting areas. The bathroom and walk in shower was very large. My husband was able to use the separate sitting area at night to surf the internet and not disturb my sleep. We felt safe with the security guard presence in the courtyard when we returned from the V&A Waterfront at nights.

The whole property has been renovated and looks fantastic. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the harbour and table mountain. Staff were all very nice and you can’t beat the location for the V&A. Lots of Lovely little touches for Christmas around the hotel with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.

Located at the Waterfront area, it is a short walk to the shopping and dining at the Waterfront. Its in a very safe area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the table mountain and Waterfront. The breakfast was really good too. I had left an item in my room when I went to the airport and the security and concierge promptly arranged for it to be delivered to the airport. Thank you so much!

Staff were very friendly, breakfast outside was great with views of the mountain. Breakfast packs are possible for early morning travels. Location was excellent, very safe and can walk around at night (5 minute well lit walk eith security everywhere). Hop on/off bus was also right next to it, with plenty of taxis and ubers in the area.

The location was great! Right next to the waterfront mall. We chose the loft room, the room faces table mountain and the sea, it was beautiful both in the morning and at night. The room was big! Bathroom was big too! Staffs were friendly and helpful.
