Every single aspect of the experience was remarkable. The staff was amazing! They would always go the extra mile to ensure everything we needed was properly taken care of. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated with quality elements paying attention to every detail. The quality and variety of the breakfast options were to the highest standards (buffet for cold dishes and a la carte for hot dishes). The location of the hotel is extremely convenient to avoid having to use the car, everything is within walking distance. On top of everything, the views from the hotel to the ocean and coastline are just spectacular! We'll definitely visit again!

Overall great experience. Lovely apartment in a great location in Hermanus. The highlight of our time there was being extremely fortunate to witness a whale breaching the water in the bay from the apartment balcony! Alix the host was amazing and responsive, she even helped post some items that we left behind

The prep work done to accommodate ones fears and anxieties of the unknown expectations is phenomenal. You get all the necessary info upfront from WiFi password to lockbox code. Attentive to further assistance is displayed in a friendly and welcoming tone which is much appreciated.
The kitchen was a full of bits and pieces to accommodate a huge variety of morning beverage needs.
