Location is great, next to Kumamoto station but in a quieter corner. Very close to Toyota rental car, so very convenient if you plan to rent a car there (just across the street. The room was comfortable. I particularly like the sofa by the window. The reception/ lounge was also very cozy and welcoming.

Very friendly staff who have great personalities and unique/fantastic rooms I have never seen. The price was quite reasonable. A great supermarket with fresh foods is near by.

Really great value for money. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable. Drinks with dinner were reasonably priced. Entry provided to next door spa which was super nice and they even posted some stuff we had left in the room after. 10/10

Room is standard and clean. Car parking is quite cheap @ ¥700 / night with multiple in & out. The hotel staff was very friendly. When I asked about next day's itinerary and routes to attractions, they provided me with great help and printed out the information for me. Save my time. Highly recommended

Very spacious house with well equipped kitchen in a quiet setting. Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights if you want to explore the Aso region. The host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
