Our stay at Hotel Benevilla was amazing! The room we stayed in was very nice with a big comfortable bed. Our host asked us each day when we would like breakfast the next morning which was included. We had a traditional Latvian savoury breakfast (meats and bread etc) and also had specially made pancakes. It was delicious and very filling. The hotel owner was very welcoming and kind. We also had a big family dinner in a spectate room with my relatives in Alūksne. The hotel was very accomodating of our requests. We look forward to returning!! Thank you for having us!

This place is incredibly family-friendly — everything was thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest details. The house was spotless and felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. There were plenty of activities to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, which kept everyone entertained. The space was generous, with four bathrooms in the house, making it very convenient for a larger group. It was quiet, cozy, and fully equipped — there were more than enough glasses and plates, which was a big plus. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for comfort and relaxation!

Amazing spa place for a couple to enjoy nature and pumper your body and soul. Freshly built with everything you need to arrange a light meal in fully equipped kitchen and a outside grill. Very comfy just to lounge inside and observe nature through glass walls which cover 2/3 of the perimeter. The sauna was excellent. Enjoyed all the small details in the decor. smart heating/cooling system.

Everything was fantastic, especially the communication and the care provided by the host. Our doggo was also welcome and enjoyed having his personal little terrace with the lake view. We even extended our stay for one more night because we loved the place so much. A wonderful place to stay!
