We stopped here without planning, late night during a road trip. It’s not directly on the road but a minute along a track. Welcoming host who offered us dinner. The position is effortlessly calm, packed with tasteful local things and they sell a few things by their desk. It feels homey, the views are great from the terrace, the pool is beautiful & its surprisingly quiet considering proximity to large road. Honestly, fab.

We only made the booking a couple of hours before arriving, and the location for us was perfect. The host/manager did everything in his power to make our 2 night stay the best it could be. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our bicycles were securely stored, the room was ample size, spotless and also had a properly working air-conditioner. The breakfast was freshly made, and very good. The wifi was a little slow in the evenings, but that's to be expected in this location. The place had a very nice feel about it.

This guest house is located in the old village of Ait-Ben-Haddou, a sand fortress 30 km from Ouarzazate.

Surreal location in the middle of the kasbah, with comfortable rooms, genuine feeling and a lovely terrace. Short walk to the highest point in the kasbah and the hill facing ait ben haddou (good for photos). Really good dinner. Worth staying here to explore the kasbah after the tourists on tours have left/before they arrive. Very friendly owner. Highy recommend!

A really beautiful peaceful place nicely away from the main town and in view of a beautiful old Kasbah. It’s is nice to stay in a traditional building rather than all the concrete replicas. The host is kind and welcoming. We loved it!

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Aït Ben Haddou, Riad Tigmi du Soleil is a guest house surrounded by views of the city.

We met a tour guide who has been giving tours around Morocco for 20 years and she said this in her top 3 places to stay in all of Morocco. We had the most relaxing time, eating fantastic food and enjoying the beautiful landscape. What makes this Auberge special is Idriss. His relaxed and joyous demeanour is infectious! I would absolutely recommend having dinner at the auberge to experience their cooking and to walk over to Ait Benhaddou via the palms. Keep an eye out for what we dubbed squirrel mountain to see some adorable squirrels scuttling around. We even witnessed our first moon rise over the adjacent hills which was as magical as it sounds. If you are travelling to this region then definitely stay here, you won't regret it.

This is the most beautiful kasbah i’ve seen!! it has stunning balconies with an amazing view!! we celebrate my mother’s birthday there and everyone was amazing about it❤️ the owners r more than lovely and so is the staff😁 the location is perfect, it is quite not in the touristic crowd of ait ben haddou, but still within a 10 drive there. there is beautiful hiking around, caves and old ksar’s to explore. but the most amazing thing about the location is the garden below with the blossoming almondtrees and super green fields!
