Perfect apartment! Bright and very spacious two bedroom apartment. Each room is located in its own wing of the apartment with an adjoining bathroom. A good washing machine with dryer is available in the apartment. The rooftop of the apartment complex is equipped with a great lounge and barbecue area, and there is also a heated swimming pool in the courtyard, which we used on Christmas morning. The manager of the apartment is a very kind young man who provided all the necessary information. We will definitely stay here again next time! Suggest to others too! The downtown is 5 minutes away. And there is a convenient grocery store outlet on the first floor of the building.

Very nice hotel and we have been kindly surprised. at a check in at first it was not very polite welcome from one employee and it took more than an hour. but after that all was perfect, room service was very good, breakfast and hotel’s restaurant very nice. location is fantastic. just don’t go to so-called Michelin chef restaurant in the hotel as it is fake and stuff is very unprofessional and food is not worth those money. the somelje brought me 5 years younger wine than in menu as said it is same taste and two years old wine offered to decant. another one brought brut champagne instead of blanc-de-blancs and thought we won’t know the difference. so stay away from there.

Once home to Charlie Chaplin, this historical hotel is centrally located in West Hollywood.

Friendly and helpful service from every member of staff I encountered. Really nice room with all the comforts you would expect at a hotel of this caliber. Dinner at the Polo lounge was excellent, good quality food and nice ambience. The complimentary upgrade was a nice touch.
