There's also food and drink options near the beach. Parking is included. We got upgraded to one of the suites and it was lovely! It was basically an apartment with a kitchenette, a little living room, a bedroom and a shower. It also had a little terrace in front. Loved how there were well kept flowers too. The bed was okay, not supercomfortable but also not too bad. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The hosts are very lovely and kind people. I also appreciate them not barging in or bothering us cuz we checked out a bit later. The breakfast was good! Loved it! It was great value for money, I recommend.

She would treat you like her own daughter. If I come back next time, I will stay here without any hesitation.

Kelly was very attentive too on the beach as a waitress, thank you! The property seats right in front of a secluded bay in Sarande. Although there are other properties and beach bars next doors, you still feel in a very privileged spot right in the middle of all the action. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas included in your stay and a very nurturing breakfast service. You can park without a hassle and also walk the main commercial street to other cafes and stores. My room was a bit tight but with an incredible view and feel! Bathroom feels luxurious

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is brand new and exceptionally clean. The swimming pool was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of sun beds available at any time of day. One of the best parts is that the hotel is right on the beach — and unlike many places, there were tons of chairs and umbrellas available without any extra charge. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, plentiful, and with a wide variety to choose from — eggs, cheeses, breakfast meats, pastries, and fresh fruit. There was truly something for everyone. Klea at the front desk was fantastic — so friendly, efficient, and helpful. The restaurant staff were just as kind and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was delicious and surprisingly affordable compared to nearby hotels. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
