The view from the room balcony is amazing and the hotel is very comfortable. The staff were very supportive from the beggining to the end. It was my girlfriend birthday and they were always willing to help me with a surprise for her. Indeed they overwhelmed my expectations.

Staff gentilissimo! Molto disponibili, specialmente vista la presenza di un bambino piccolo. Nonostante non avessimo riservato per cena hanno fatto in modo di trovare un tavolo. Posizione comodissima, ottimo il posteggio disponibile accanto alla struttura! Check-in e checkout online fantastici, si risparmia moltissimo tempo.

We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Bernerhof, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We had the added bonus of a lovely balcony where we could enjoy breathtaking sunrises between the mountains. The location couldn't be better—just a 1-minute walk to Interlaken Ost, and with supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring Interlaken. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay!
