The hotel was just wonderful. We were given a comfortable ground floor room with lots of space and a wonderful view of Neuschwanstein (so close!). It was so easy to hike up to the castle from our hotel. There was also lots of safe space for our kids to play right outside the room so it was perfect for us. There were restaurants within a short walk from the hotel and the included breakfast was also very good. Most of all, we had such a good experience with the very kind and helpful staff. When our daughter left her beloved teddy bear on the bus and we couldn't find any way to get it back, they went out of their way to retrieve it from the bus company office.

It offers country-style rooms and a terrace with a panoramic view of the Allgäu Alps and the royal castles. Excellent and huge selection at breakfast, everything is fresh and delicious. The restaurant has an excellent chef and the food is very delicious. The pizza and pasta day is a good idea, the pizza is very good as if we were eating it in Italy.Very helpful, kind and always smiling staff, the waiters are excellent and quick to serve.
