I loved the atmosphere, pools and the coziness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull! The breakfast is also amazing. I didn't try the dinner so cannot say anything about the dinner facilities. The bed was soft and rooms were clean. Loved the bad on the terrace and the sunrise in the morning.

If you choose your apartment at Bonavida PINES, you can enjoy the swimming pool with your family. We stayed in Bonavida Pine. We had access to a swimming pool, and we were very close to the beach too The apartments were very quiet and the sun was lighting the balcony in the evening. Close to shop and only 15minutes walk from Port of Alcudia. Excellent public transports. ( direct bus to Palma airport,) The natural bird reserve was 15minutes by bus and worth visiting. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful . You can also ask for beach towels at the reception, free of charge. The king size bed was huge and very comfortable. Lots of luminosity in a very clean flat.

The room was beautiful- liked the window very much: it was nice sitting on the bench, reading and watching people at the street.

Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. Location, out of season trip. Loved the fact you could enjoy a wonderful spa hotel and catch the number 25 into the heart of Palma for €2 a trip per person. The spa facilities were a real enjoyment. Will definitely do a repeat visit.

It was amazing experience, such a nice place, great location, clean, good equipped apartments, breakfast was amazing but above all staff is extraordinary. Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). The location is gorgeous and the architecture of the aparthotel is beautiful, and different from all the other hotels we could see in Palmanova. Ponent Mar looks like a jewel on a rock. The breakfast was AWESOME - lots of choice (if I think only about the eggs choice: cold boiled egg; hot boiled egg; spanish omelette; french omelette; on-demand omelette with your ingredients of choice; scrambled eggs; fried eggs). I can highly recommend this breakfast - really, really good value for money. The studio we had was well equipped, the kitchenette was useful during some evening when we decided to eat in our room. Also, it was handy to have the kettle to brew our own teas. We had a pool view, and after the pool we could see the sea, including the sunrise - wonderful. The hotel has a mini-market in the basement for the essentials, and there's a huge Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes by car (or 10 on foot) where you can buy whatever food you want. Plenty of choice and good prices. At floor nine you have an incredible 360 degrees view over Palmanova bay and the sea. And at each floor there are public areas with sunbeds where you can chill during the day, with a great view. Also, the fact that the hotel was organizing various activities during the day and the evening gave a feeling of liveliness. We didn't stay at the concerts, but it was nice to hear them when coming back in the evening or walking around the complex. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful, and polite - at the reception, the room service, the breakfast and bar staff. Also, I recommend talking a massage. Frank the masseur was a very nice person. And the Spa facilities were quite nice as well - sauna, hammam, water massage, heated chairs etc (all included).
