The host of this house is the kindest and loveliest and the best host we met. Our room has access to terrace with beautiful view to the mountain and the Gergeti church. Kitchen is well equipped and has full of amenities to cook, tea and coffee are free to use. Comfortable room, comfy bed, heater worked well, very good water pressure. Last but not least, the location is very central, right in the downtown, close to everything. You dont have to walk uphill with heavy luggage in a cold weather which is a big plus. Bus station is just 3 mins walking. We love this place so much and wish we could stay longer.

We are staying in the double queen room with superb Kazbegi view. The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my cosmetics in the hotel and left to Tbilisi. Reception lady arranged to pass it to the bus driver, so I’ve got my stuff back. Thank you a lot!

Each room has a different theme, which the administrator told us about. There are no boring rooms that look like every other hotel room. The breakfast was small but cute and delicious. The only thing missing was fresh bread! :D But the best part of the hotel is the staff. We often stay in hotels, but I have never encountered such a wonderful team. They felt like family to us—always helpful, quick to respond, and always smiling and joking. This is true not just for one person, but for everyone who works there! It was even a little bit sad to leave because of these kind-hearted people. You will never find this level of staff anywhere else. I truly wish them all the best and hope that every guest has the same experience.
