Pension is located in the valley near of one of the biggest mountain resorts of Austria, with convenient communication to the slopes via ski-bus (50m to bus stop) or car. Everything was homely and the view was excellent. Parking was easy. If visiting please note that the location is at the very end of the road and not half way along it as your sat nav might suggest.

My second visit at this apartment. Great localization for people who are looking for quiet and isolated place. 20 - 25 minutes of travel by car from Kaprun or Zell am See lifts. Free use of sauna. Ski room including heater for ski boots. Apartments fully equipped including washmachine and dishwash. Very nice and helpful owner.
