”In the middle of nowhere”, but only 30 minutes or so from Palermo and with an amazing view from its high position, you find this small hotel, or B&B, that seemed to offer around 8 room in total, all on the first floor in an ancient house renovated around 10 years ago. Except the very old uneven stone floors, you find a modern accommodation with very large rooms and comfortable beds. The big infinity pool is perhaps the main attraction of this place. They also offer massages, but I did not try that. The owner Elena and her family will make sure you are well looked after.

With mountain views, Agriturismo Rajata is located in Bagheria and has a restaurant and a lift. The air-conditioned accommodation is 20 km from Fontana Pretoria.

This is a beautifully located residence with wonderful gardens and grounds. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Although we stayed for just one evening, it felt like we were members of the family.

It is up in the mountains, breathtaking views! Restaurant is amazing, food very good! Pool overviews the mountain and lake. There is children playground. Our holiday was perfect, don’t hesitate come to this place!

Absolutely gorgeous and very special place to stay. Family run and super welcoming, simple family decor and AMAZING huge pool and pretty gardens. Really lovely breakfast and a magical terrace to eat on. We were slightly out of season so the restaurant wasn't available but it looked very cosy and would be lovely in the winter with a roaring fire in the grand fireplace or in the high summer with a gentle breeze wafting through the windows. We wished we had been able to stay longer! The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed drinks served by the pool :) while our 13 and 15 year old adored playing it in.
