We stayed at Angela and Salvatore's Agriturismo San Pietro for a day at the end of May, exploring the heart of Sicily and the wonderful Gangi!! If we had to rate Agriturismo San Pietro, the scale needs to go beyond 10!!! Excellent in everything!! Cleanliness, large functional room with everything you need, hospitality, kindness and amazing breakfast with products from their farm, in a wonderful natural environment just 3 minutes from Gangi. The best choice to visit one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and meet the wonderful authentic people of Sicily!!

We had an absolutely delightful experience during our one-night stay at Feudo Tudia. The spacious room provided us with ample comfort, while the hotel's transformation from a traditional Sicilian village house, complete with a grand kitchen and restaurant, added to its charm. Terre di Himera is a with impeccable taste renovated cottage home, the interior is amazing, the garden is lovely. The very best of the place is the hosting couple, who care very nice for their guests. If possible, one should try to get the Sicilian dinner, that is served two times a week, it´s simply breathtaking! The local products, that are also available, like extraordinarily fine cosmetic, olive oil and honey are perfect take-aways. we were very happy in Himera, and would come back anytime!

The property is located in a very beautiful area. Surrounded by the scenic hills and mountains of central Sicily. Nearby is the nice little town of Polizzi Generosa where you can truly feel the way of living in rural Sicily. One of the best things about the property are the hosts. Pietro and his mother were so welcoming and helpful. They prepared one of the best breakfast and dinners we had during our vacation on the island. I truly advise to take the option for dinner at the property. The breaks and dinners shared with the other guests were so nice and refreshing. We met some great people and the mix of eating and socializing was so great. Once again I need to thank Pietro about his great tips and the overall hospitality. Last but not least I need to mention the two dogs and the cat living in the farm. They were so friendly and sweet. The sweetest dogs ever.
