The room is big, the bed is big and comfortable, and also the bathroom and shower (it's bigger than seem in pictures), and everything was very clean! There is also a nice yard with chairs outside that you can sit if the weather is nice. Nice and fresh breakfest with home-made jams, freshly picked fruits, wonderful cafe, eggs by request and more. It is very close to Orvieto by car (around 10 min). Serena and Simone helpled us with anything we needed, gave us great recommandations for restuarants and activities, and made us feel at home. We will defently like to return this place once in Umbria again.
