Set in the Chianti hills, this stone guesthouse features an outdoor pool and is located in the rural hamlet of Salvadonica. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, it offers en suite accommodation with Tuscan-style furnishings and free Wi-Fi. We went here on our honeymoon and were very happy with our stay. Lovely views and good food. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating.

Villa Nottola is a former noble residence in the countryside of Montepulciano, besides the namesake winery. It offers a sun terrace with swimming pool.

The elegant rooms of Villa Nottola feature ceilings with original wooden beams and brick vaults. The walls are painted in soft natural colours matching the Tuscan art furnishings. Perfect stay in a nice area - unfortunately we stayed only one night, together with our Labrador, who was welcome. Next time it will be longer. If you stay here, make sure to visit the restaurant. And to the Lady with Pablo: It will get better ;-)

A recently renovated farm stay in Pienza, Le Sorbelle D'Orcia offers outdoor fireplace, private parking and sports facilities. The property features garden and inner courtyard views, and is 39 km from Mount Amiata. The farm stay has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We stayed at the agritourismo for a week. The photos definitely don't do justice to how unique this place is. The rooms are decorated in a stark Tuscan style, equipped with all the essentials in both the kitchen and bathroom; we even provided a bathrobe and flip-flops. The regional breakfasts included coffee, juices, water, and, of course, three kinds of cake, local meats, bread, fruit, and cheeses. Guests could also request scrambled or fried eggs. You can also order a platter of regional products, which I highly recommend! The property is completely peaceful and quiet, an ideal place for those seeking tranquility and spending time surrounded by nature. In a beautiful grove, there's a beautiful swimming pool with a stunning view of the Tuscan hills. The agritourismo staff was very helpful. We especially thank Luca and Fabio for recommending places worth seeing.

The owner and staff are wonderful hosts. More like staying with friends and family.
