It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service. All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.

I stayed at this hotel for only one day, but it made me want to come back again and again. First things first—breakfast. I am a picky eater, but the cook talked with me in the morning and made me an omelet with tomatoes. She said it was an Armenian version of Shakshuka. I LOVED IT SO MUCH! The second point is cleanliness—everything was as pure as water, and the smell was so fresh. The third point is the staff. They were always smiling—even the woman who was cleaning the first floor smiled and asked how I was. 🥰 Thank you very much! I hope my next stay will be longer sax

We had an exceptional experience at the Multi Grand Pharaon Hotel. Everything impressed us—the friendly and professional staff, the excellent service, the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the high-quality in-room dining menu. The location was perfect: just a convenient 15-20 minute drive to Yerevan’s center, yet away from the city’s busy traffic. It also offered easy access to major sightseeing destinations like Lake Sevan and Dilijan. As someone who rented a car, I appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel. It truly offers a luxurious experience with great value for money. A thoughtful touch was a lovely gift they gifted us at check-out—a gesture we’ll always remember.
