The facilities and staff are great! The property provided a shuttle bus to the slopes and that was great! The Spa was nice and clean. Food was good!

The luxurious 5-star Festa Winter Palace in Borovets at the foot of the Rila mountain has an indoor pool and is only 100 metres away from the ski runs and the cable car.

Very nice hotel, old-fashion style furniture. The room was very big, and the position is great. Also, I received a surprise in the room since it was my birthday! The SPA is little but functional, has a big pool and massages were great

New and clean property decorated with style and touch for the detail. Really quit and calm location but at the same time close to everything you need. The best part is the management, they are really trying to fulfil every wish you might have. I liked the most, the personal attitude towards the guests. Will surely come back!
