Staff was impeccable from the very first minute at the hotel. Location was beautiful as its located at the old part of Beijing and it makes you feel totally out of the chaos and noise. There are no useless frills, but everything I needed was there. Everything works, everything is clean. Rooms and common facilities are well designed with a Scandinavian touch. Staff is helpful and speaks good English. The gym is not very big but modern and well equipped.

The staff were courteous and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, and provided impeccable service down to details such as providing a warm water bottle every night for our use in warming the beds during the cold winter days - something we did not expect at all, but were so grateful for. The location was also great, being located within walking distance of Wangfujing. The ambience of the hotel was calming and relaxing. I'm sure I'll be back if I'm ever in Beijing again!

Very stylish and modern hotel. The room was very spacious and lovely. The breakfast was excellent and the service exceptional. The gym was spacious and included all you needed for a good strength training workout. The hotel’s location is about 20 minutes by car from the old town and the Forbidden City. Taxis are readily available and not expensive. The staff were very helpful and efficient. However, their English is not as proficient as you’d like it to be. But we still managed to communicate ok.
