Absolutely fantastic place. I have had to catch flights early in the morning or late in the evening multiple times at Shanghai Pudong airport and I always had to stay at a hotel which is not located in the airport itself. To my surprise, I decided to give it a go at the Holiday Inn and I was blown away by this hotel. It's conveniently located between terminal 1 and 2, so no need to exit the airport. The facilities are brand new, the hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are huge and they even let you "park" your trolley outside the room so you don't have to drag your luggage around when you have to catch your flight. The staff were super helpful and I was very impressed by this new hotel. I have stayed in more hotels in China than I can count and I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The facility appears to be new and clean. The staff is very friendly; I enjoyed an early check-in and a complimentary breakfast for free. There is also a free supper after 9 PM (I didn’t realize that when I reserved my room). The location is very central and the price is reasonable in my opinion, even if I don’t have terms of comparison in the same area.

The hotel is quite new with complete facilities, decorated in a modern style. The bathroom is excellent with an automated system. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is very good with everything available. The hotel is quite far from the Maglev station, but still walkable at a distance of about 1 kilometer.
