The staff at the place is very kind and warm, they helped us book activities and restaurants in Monteverde, I would like to especially mention Roxana, Marisol and Valeria, the best. The location of the hotel is great, few minutes from all the restaurants and bars. The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast is beyond great. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at Monteverde!

The hotel is located at the most amazing spot in Monteverde. You can go hiking a long trail right from the hotel and enjoy really beautiful sunsets at lookout or from the windows of your room. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Arenal Amor is an incredible piece of paradise! The serene atmosphere and stunning views make this place unforgettable, but what truly made our stay magical was the top-notch spa and service from the staff. We had the best massage of our lives—it was pure perfection. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and the tranquil open-air setting elevated the entire experience. To top it off, we were treated to the enchanting sight of monkeys playing in the trees during our massage! It felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing quite like starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee while toucans flutter through the trees. perfect family stay. staff spoke really good english and were a great help. excellent pool, massive shared kitchen area with everything you need. rooms look brand new in the lovely wood that is really common there. modern and well specced. short drive to la fortuna central and really easy access to all the surrounding activities

We had an unobstructed, beautiful view of the Volcano, the rooms and grounds were clean with lots of amenities on site. A bit of a trek if you want to go into town but we only did that once.
