GermanyThe location is prime. The beds were heaven and it was cosy and warm.
Exceptionally clean especially the bathrooms were amazing.
All staff was friendly and helpful.
Especially the receptionist Ben Sal or Said? was exceptional.... he was sooooo helpful, attentive and highly professional. He was always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Also the cleaning lady Anna was extremely helpful and very friendly.
