It was more than i can imagine! Everything was too good to be true. I strongly recommend this resort for all travelers, for sure you will get more than you expect. Also i want to say big thank to hotel staff! All of them were very kind, helpful… especially kids club staff. My best recommendation ❤️

People very attentive, they are there to help you with everything. Very good food, very large variety and the main food was different every day. Everything clean and beautiful. My plane was at 18.00 o'clock and they let me stay in the room, to use all the facilities and to have lunch, prolonging check-out until 15.00 o'clock.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are stunning with views overlooking the sea. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. If you get a chance to I would really recommend having dinner in their restaurant, Crater, which is well on its way to earning a Michelin star.

Great activities for adults and kids ,lovely pools 2 bathrooms in the room is ideal, all 5 star amenities expected in the room as it should be. Evening kids club is great to enjoy adults a drink at the skybar which was great loved the glass pool ! Definitely a place to go back to.

Everything was excellent. The people who work at the resort were awesome. The property was beautiful. The facilities were clean and tranquil. The spa and the pools and the lounge chairs were relaxing. The salt pool by the sea is a ~must~ experience. Afternoon drinks and live music at the bar were a delight. My wife and I felt pampered every day we were there. I give this resort my highest rating.
