We chose Barcelo for our honeymoon and we definitely made the right decision. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet and we could try various activities offered for free (aqua gym, tennis, dancing classes, concerts - additionaly they would also organize small trips, workshops and activities for children). The hotel has a gym, sport courts, a souvenir shop, pool bars - 3 euro for a glass of wine, 6 euro for a cocktail for eg) and a la carte restaurants which you can book through their app. There are several pools to swim in and relax and sunbeds for everyone. Guests can also access a nearby beach. It is close to TFS airport and you could spot some airplanes nearby but nothing disturbing. The hotel was a good starting place for trips across the island and as we rented a car, we benefited from the parking lot available. We had half board included in the room rate (breakfast-water, coffee, tea, fresh juices included and dinner-no drinks included) and it was ok for us as we were usually travelling around for lunch time. You could upgrade to all inclusive anytime (lunch and drinks included). The buffet was varied and you could find something tasty for everyone (local specialties, chicken, beef, pork, fish, fruits and vegetables, sweets, but also vegetarian and no sugar options included). The staff (reception, restaurants, bars and housekeeping) was super helpful and we felt taken care of. We were spoiled with welcome and goodbye treats which were a bonus. :)

Great location, great amenities, tasty food and exceptional staff! A lot of free parking space on the surface and underground parking. Perfect stay in Tenerife, I highly recommend!

The design of the hotel is amazing, it is truly beautiful. Everything is very new and clean. The infinity pool is stunning. The staff is welcoming. The breakfast was really good. And the New Year celebration was excellent.

The staff is amazing, so are the rooms, the little attentions... The buffet/ half board was worth it. We came here for our honeymoon and the staff took note of it. We arrived to our room which was romantically decorated, with a bottle of champagne and some fruits. Every evening they came to get our beds ready and left some chocolate. Everything was truly amazing!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are stunning with views overlooking the sea. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. If you get a chance to I would really recommend having dinner in their restaurant, Crater, which is well on its way to earning a Michelin star.

The pools, for families with kids it's the perfect place, the spa is perfect for having a family 60mn session. The food is excellent with high-quality products and all kinds of diets. The service is amazing and 100% dedicated to guests. The rooms are spacious and well-designed.

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. From the bellman to the front desk to the catering and cleaning staff - everyone was there to make the hotel guests feel very special. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless and clean. Bed linen and towels were changed every 3-4 days. The Mini-Bar always stocked up with a wide selection. Our balcony provided us with beautiful sun-loungers and awning overlooking the pool with the coastline in the distance. Direct cellar access to the golf course with the hotel's own buggies and locker rooms for your golf clubs. The breakfast buffet catered for your every need with waiter service bringing your eggs of choice and coffee/tea. The Maître d' remembered our breakfast wishes and room number after just one visit - impressive! What service! The outdoor bar provided a good lunchtime menu. Water bottles were delivered everyday together with the most exquisite little chocolates which we devoured in quiet ecstacy. Coming down in the morning to be greeted by a wonderfully refreshing air of menthol/eucalyptus was a very nice touch! The entire establishment (indoors and out) was an oasis of peace and tranquility. Absolutely perfect!
