The very friendly and professional welcome. Room ready at noon already. Christmas treats and drinks at the reception. The bar and restaurant are beautiful and the services was flawless. The cocktails are all delicious. The corridor to the 02 is great for shopping and going to shows at the arena. The breakfast buffet was complete and very delicious.

Our room 4403 had a spectacular view of London, the bridge, the river, and the city. It was the most amazing view that we have ever seen.
