Great location with stunning views . Very well-appointed property with everything you needed . We asked if we could possibly have a child's cot and highchair and both of these were at the property ready for us. We all left wishing we could spend longer there !

The flat is in a great location with amazing views. We had plenty of room and the flat was spacious well decorated and clean. We travelled with our adult children plus one girlfriend. It was nice to read the personal statement from the owners as one of our sons has a LD too. Would definitely stay again.

The Snug was homely, exceptionally clean and warm. The addition of the games room was a lovely touch and the surrounding grounds were beautiful and wonderfully dog friendly. Chris & Carol were warm, friendly, very accommodating and welcoming. The welcome pack of eggs, milk, bread and a cream tea on arrival was a lovely thought and made us feel at home immediately, so much so we ended up staying another night 😁

3rd or 4th stay at Sand dunes. New shower which is better with the sliding door. It’s all been refreshed and painted. It’s looking great
