We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

We stayed in Superior Double Room. The hotel is so clean, the decoration is so pleasant, olive trees are great .The cosmetics at the bathroom were good. The staff is friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was so delicious . We prefered salad & pizza at lunch time, they were also so delicious. The hotel is close to Kos center. We went to taverns for dinner by taxi. Great hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Everywhere was clean, the room was cozy and also very clean, we had a sea view. Excellent and varied food and drinks. very good price-quality ratio, beautiful and well-maintained garden and swimming pools. A quieter location, but close to the main city. We thank Michalis for the excellent service on the terrace every evening. Greetings to the wonderful Janka from the hotel's souvenir shop, you will find everything there. Everything about the hotel was great, breakfast was lovely, the staff were very friendly, the atmosphere at the pool was lovely and relaxed, we could change our beach towels when we needed to, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Perfect.

    Every detail was so well thought of; very clean, very neat, top quality.. the staff were very professional, accommodating and caring. Whilst the pool areas are usually quite crowded, they have an outstanding beach which for us was way more fitting. Loved the experience.

    Exceptional hotel, one of the best 5 stars we have stayed in, a touch of luxury. The decor is modern and tasteful and our room was ultra comfortable, and spacious. The pool is wonderful surrounded by palm trees. However what really made the holiday, was the exceptional customer service, nothing is too much trouble.
