wow. where to begin. this place is quite literally magical and feels like it’s pulled from a fairytale. the grounds and gardens are immaculately cared for and so unique. we loved the story behind the hotel - how it had been built with love and intention by a family. just such a special place that everyone should try. so relaxing and quiet. staff are exceptionally patient and friendly.

What amazing hotel. This was my second time in Atitlan and last time I made the mistake of staying in a larger village. This time I chose a smaller village and Aviva hotel, and it was the perfect choice. The room was incredible, comfy bed, stunning views, tasty coffee and a terrace to relax. And the breakfast was sooo good. Run, don't walk to stay here if you visit lake atitlan.

The room and the views on the lake as well as the space outside is amazing. The pool on the other hand needs more cleaning and care, we didn’t use it because of it.

It is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic view on the lake and the volcanoes. Very friendly staff! Allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage whilst we explored. We then missed our boat to Panajachel and they let us stay an extra night with no hassle. Very comfy mattress, good wifi and super clean
