It’s absolutely great experience based on service & cost. The hotel is very good starting from location and finishing with choice for the breakfast and comfortable beds. The best is personal: you will be covered with attention from guys who meet you at the entrance and continuing with reception, concierge, staff at the breakfast. People are friendly, sincere , smiling, fast in any reaction (I get an answer regarding hairdressing booking from the concierge in 30 minutes after sending an email!) Being a frequent traveler due to business and pleasure and staying in 4-5 hotels per month in different countries- sincerely recommend Esplanade to make your home during your stay in beautiful Zagreb

Mrs.Jasna was very friendly. She speaks Engkish well. Appartment was prepared, clean, well equipped, including Nesspresso, biscuites and soft drinks. She provided all usefull information and gave us public transport tickets. The neigbourhood is very quiet.

Absolutely Value for Money. Breakfast was delicious with a big variety and staff at breakfast super friendly and fast. Will definitely stay there again.
